Services

Tale of Designers provides Digitizing, Vector Conversion, and Patches (“Services”) to clients who place orders through our Site or other communication methods. All orders submitted by you are hereby considered valid and binding once accepted by us..

Order Acceptance & Pricing

• You may place an order via our online ordering system, email or other means we provide.
• All orders are billed according to the price list displayed on our Site at the time of your order, or according to a quote we provide.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing structure at any time without prior notice.
• Once an order is accepted and payment confirmed (if applicable), we will commence work.

Payment Terms

• We will issue an invoice once your order is ready for delivery (or as otherwise agreed in writing).
• Payments must be made in the manner specified on the invoice or in your quote.
• Any payment methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, PayPal) will be outlined at checkout.
• In the case of payments via credit/debit card, Tale of Designers may perform a temporary authorisation (for verification) which will not constitute a charge.

Delivery, Revisions & Acceptance

• We agree to deliver our Services in accordance with the timeline specified in your order or quote.
• You agree to review and provide feedback or acceptance within the timeframe specified (or otherwise reasonable) — delays in your response may extend the timeline.
• Any payment methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, PayPal) will be outlined at checkout.
• Unless otherwise agreed, all deliverables will be sent electronically (via email or download link). If you request physical delivery (e.g., print materials, tangible goods) shipping costs and responsibilities will be specified.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

• All intellectual property rights in materials we create remain with Tale of Designers until full payment is received and any licensing terms are satisfied.
• Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the final deliverables for the purpose agreed.
• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, social media or marketing unless you specifically request otherwise and we agree.
• You agree not to use, resell or distribute any preliminary work, templates, mock-ups or proprietary tools except as expressly permitted by us.

Refunds & Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within [Insert Deadline – e.g., “12 hours”] of placing it, provided work has not already commenced. Once work has started (such as design mock-ups delivered), cancellations may not be accepted or may incur fees.
• If you are not satisfied with the final deliverable, you may request a revision or refund according to the terms stated in your quote or our refund policy.
• Any refund will be subject to our discretion and to you returning all deliverables and materials to us.

Limitation of Liability

• We shall make reasonable endeavours to deliver high quality and timely Services. However, you acknowledge that you bear responsibility for approving designs, reviewing deliverables and using the work appropriately.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tale of Designers (and its directors, employees or contractors) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (including loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data) arising out of or in connection with our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you have paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Copyright & Content Ownership

• All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos, design work, blogs, etc) is owned by or licensed to Tale of Designers and protected by applicable local and international copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, transmit, modify, distribute or use the Site content for commercial or public purposes without our prior written consent.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy
• By agreeing to these Terms you also consent to our processing of personal data as detailed in that policy.
